Our pieces are crafted using genuine freshwater pearls, moissanite stones, and premium metals including gold-plated eco-brass, gold-plated stainless steel, and S925 sterling silver. All of our jewellery is lead-free and nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
How long does delivery take?
UK and US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us at info@albaluxeofficial.com and we'll make it right.
